Hills Raiders Sponsorship Opportunities

Established in 1972, Hills Raiders Basketball Association is the home of community basketball in the Hills of Western Australia. Based at the Mundaring Arena, Raiders deliver year-round domestic competitions, a representative WABL pathway, and inclusive basketball programs that welcome players of all ages and abilities.

Working alongside 11 affiliated clubs, we support over 2,700 registered players competing in more than 350 teams across domestic and representative basketball. Participation has grown sharply in recent years, from 1,992 in 2023 to over 3,200 participants in 2025 (including social and non-registered programs) an increase of more than 60%. This sustained growth now sees demand for court space regularly exceed available capacity, with the Raiders supplementing Mundaring Arena by using overflow venues for games and training.

Our signature programs include Ability Hoops (all inclusive basketball), Aussie Hoops (junior development), and the daytime Hills Social Basketball competition.

In 2025, Hills Raiders field 26 WABL teams (up from 22 in 2024), with boys’ and girls’ squads from U12 to U21, plus Open Men’s Championship and our inaugural Open Women’s Championship team. This reflects our commitment to providing a pathway of excellence for elite local talent.
